Vivant Corporation signed a memorandum of agreement with the Cebu Provincial Government, represented by Gov. Hilario Davide III, for the conduct of a general study on the transport infrastructure needs of Cebu Province and identify viable solutions to ensure the efficient movement of goods, services and passengers within, to and from the island.
The study will be jointly conducted with Sichuan Railways Investment Group Co. Ltd. and South South International Promotion Center Co. Ltd. of China and Netforce International.
