Annual Stockholders’ Meeting 2024

Vivant Corporation’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be held virtually on June 20, 2024 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning.

Guidelines:

1. Copies of the Notice of Meeting, Definitive Information Statement, Management Report and Financial Statements, and other meeting documents may be viewed and downloaded below:

• VVT Minutes of the ASM 2023

2. Only stockholders of record at the close of business as of May 15, 2024, are entitled to notice and to vote at this meeting.
3. Stockholders intending to participate by remote communication are required to pre-register at https://conveneagm.com/ph/vvt2024 beginning 12 noon on May 21, 2024 until 12:00 noon on June 13, 2024.
4. There will be an audio and virtual recording of the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting. A copy of which shall be made available to a stockholder upon request.
