Gil A. Garcia II, 70 years old, Filipino, has been a Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company since September 30, 2004. Prior to this, he was the Treasurer of the Company from 2004 to 2014 and a director of Vivant Energy Corporation from 2005 to May 2012. He was also a director of Visayan Electric Company Inc. until April 2021. He is presently the Director, Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of MAI-I Resources Corporation.
